As
many of you know, I've written sporadically since my newspaper career
ended a few years ago. Well, that's about to change. I've decided to
write two books --- a series of essays on the characters I've met
through fly fishing and another one on fly fishing Tampa Bay. One, I
hope, will satisfy my need to be creative; the other should serve as an
instructional tool for those who are trying to find their way in the
local salt with a long rod. I certainly don't have it all figured out,
but what I learned the hard way will benefit others --- at least I hope
so.
It's been too long since I've written consistently. I miss it.
These two projects will help fill a void that needed to be filled.
